Optimized for Google Maps API or OpenStreetMap

User Roles: Agent, Agency, Developer or Standard User
During registration, users can select their role: standard user, agent, agency, or developer. Admins can enable or disable each role and decide whether profiles are published automatically or require manual approval.
Agencies and developers can manage their agents, enable or disable listings with one click, and control visibility from their dashboard.
Standard users can submit properties without having a public profile. Alternatively, you can restrict standard users to specific dashboard features only, such as saved searches or favorite properties, without allowing property submissions.

If you want to import MLS properties and use all WpResidence features, layouts, search options, and design controls exactly as shown in the demos, the
MLS Import plugin is the required solution.
MLS Import brings MLS listings into WordPress as native properties, allowing them to integrate 100%with WpResidence templates, advanced search, maps, memberships, and front-end dashboards.
WpResidence has been fully tested and confirmed to be 100% compatible with MLS Import.
About IDX Plugins
WpResidence is also compatible with popular third-party IDX plugins such as dsIDXpress and Optima Express. These plugins are optional and not required to install or use the theme.
When using an IDX plugin, property data is managed entirely by the plugin itself and stored in a separate database. As a result, IDX listings use the plugin’s own layouts and settings and cannot be managed or styled through WpResidence theme options. This limitation is defined by the IDX plugin architecture and data access rules.
