NetFx is a WordPress theme for broadband, fiber, cable TV and internet service providers. It runs on Elementor and WooCommerce and ships with the JWS ISP Core plugin, which adds internet plans, a ZIP code coverage checker, online install requests with order tracking, a broadband facts label and a speed test. Choose from 5 home page demos, import any of them in one click, and build your own headers and footers in Elementor. Ideal for broadband, satellite TV, cable television, IPTV, online cinema, VoIP, CCTV, telecom companies, internet agencies and computer network businesses.
INTERNET PLANS AND PRICING
Add your internet, TV and bundle plans under Plans in the WordPress admin. Each plan has a speed, monthly price, 12-month term price, an optional introductory price, feature lines and a Popular badge. Show your plans as pricing cards with a monthly and 12-month billing switch, as a pricing table, or as a side-by-side comparison, using the Elementor widgets or shortcodes. Choose the region under Settings > JWS ISP (United States, European Union, Australia or generic) to set the currency and the tax note shown under every price.
SINGLE PLAN PAGE
Every plan gets its own page, built automatically from the plan data. It shows a price summary with a Choose plan button, a What’s included checklist, pricing details, the broadband facts label, and three related plans from the same category.
CHECK AVAILABILITY FEATURE
NetFx shows your visitors which internet plans are available where they live. A visitor enters a ZIP code in the availability form and sees the plans you offer in that area, with download and upload speed, monthly price, and a View plan button for each. If the area is not covered yet, the form says so and links to your contact page. You add the covered ZIP codes and the plans for each area by importing a CSV file under Plans > Coverage. For demo search data: 90210 (Beverly Hills, CA) or 10001 (New York, NY).
ONLINE ORDER AND ORDER TRACKING
Visitors order a plan through a step-by-step install request form and pick an installation window. Each request arrives under Plans > Install Requests, and both you and the customer receive an email with the request ID. Customers check the status of their installation with the order tracker, using the request ID and their phone number. You can also send each new request to your CRM through a webhook, and set how long request data is kept.
BROADBAND FACTS LABEL
Each plan can display a broadband facts label in the FCC consumer disclosure format: monthly price, one-time and early termination fees, typical download and upload speed, latency, data allowance, policies, support contacts and a unique plan identifier. Show it on the plan page, or anywhere with the Elementor widget or shortcode.
SPEED TEST FEATURE
The speed test in JWS ISP Core lets visitors measure their connection without leaving your site. It tests ping, jitter, download and upload speed against the server you choose, and shows the result on a live gauge. You add and manage speed test servers under Settings > JWS ISP. Place the speed test on any page with the Elementor widget or shortcode.
