Short-codes updated for tinyMce 4.0 and WordPress 3.9
Note: Because tinyMce upgreated to 4.0 we needed to do some changes for compatibility reasons.
If you are using WordPress 3.9 and the layout short-codes you may need to change the short-code from 'layout' to 'layout_btn'
