GrowCareer - Job Board & Recruitment Management WordPress Theme

GrowCareer is a job board and recruitment WordPress theme that runs the full hiring flow on your site: job posting, applications, a 7-stage hiring pipeline, interviews and ATS integration. It suits staffing agencies, recruitment firms, multi-employer job boards and corporate career pages.

Each employer connects their own applicant tracking system with one webhook URL, so applications land where their team already works. Candidates filter the jobs page, apply with a CV and answer screening questions. Employers shortlist, interview and hire from their own dashboard. You build the pages in Elementor and change colors, fonts and layouts without touching code.

The Jws Recruit Dashboard plugin stores jobs, companies, candidates and applications as WordPress post types, so your data stays in place if you change the theme later.

Each employer gets their applicants in their own ATS or automation tool as they arrive, so nobody copies candidates between systems by hand and the site owner does not buy an integration plugin.

Hiring pipeline with screening questions

Employers shortlist, interview and hire inside the site, so the site owner sells a hiring tool on top of the listing page.

When the employer posts a job, they add screening questions under Application Questions with Add new question. A candidate who clicks Apply Now answers them in the apply form together with the cover letter and CV. On the candidates page of the job the employer opens Applicant Details to read the answers and the CV Quick View, ticks applicants and moves them with Bulk actions through Applied, Shortlisted, Phone Screening, Interviewing, Job Offer, Hired and Rejected. Create Meeting books the interview with a date, time, duration and Zoom link, and the candidate sees it under Meeting in their own dashboard. Invite User under Team adds recruiters to the same company account.

Paid employer membership

The site earns from every employer who posts a job, through WooCommerce or Paid Memberships Pro, with no extra payment plugin.

Under Jws Settings > Theme Options > Subscription Package Type the site owner picks WooCommerce or Paid Memberships Pro. With WooCommerce, each plan is a product with a job limit and a number of days, and the employer pays at the normal WooCommerce checkout with any gateway and coupon the store already has. With Paid Memberships Pro, each membership level becomes an employer package. The employer sees the plans under Membership in the dashboard, and posting, editing and adding candidates open only while the plan is active.

How ATS Integrations works

The employer opens Settings > ATS Integrations in the dashboard, pastes a Webhook URL from Make, Zapier, n8n or their own endpoint, types an optional Secret and ticks the events under Events to send: New application, Application status changed and Interview scheduled. They click Send test event and see the HTTP status on screen, then Save changes. From then on each event is posted as JSON with the job title and link, company, candidate name, email and phone, cover letter, screening answers and the CV file link. The Recent deliveries table lists the last 20 calls with time, event, attempt and status. A failed call is retried up to 3 times, and every request carries an HMAC SHA256 signature so the receiving tool can check it came from the site. Settings are stored per company, so one employer never receives another employer’s applicants. Through Make or Zapier the data goes on to Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Google Sheets, Slack or email.

Find a job

• 7 jobs page layouts: 2 list, 2 grid, half map, map above the list, and Ajax load. Ajax load job
• Job alerts: a candidate clicks Sign up for Job Alerts on a job and gets new matching jobs by email. Single job
• 7 search filters: keyword, location with a 5 to 50 mile radius, Jobs Categories, Job type, Experience, Industry and Pay range, with result counts next to each option. List Job Layout 1
• Google for Jobs markup: each open job page carries JobPosting structured data, removed when the job closes.

Apply and get hired

• Candidate dashboard: Job Applied, Job Saved, Job Alerts, Meeting, Messages, Reviews and Profile Settings on the front end.
• Messages: employer and candidate chat inside the site, with the candidate’s general information beside the thread.
• Company and candidate reviews: candidates review companies, employers review candidates, and a report button with admin-set reasons on both.
• Social login: Continue with Google on the login form through Nextend Social Login.

Run the board

• Employer dashboard: Posted Jobs, All Candidates, Create Candidate for walk-in applicants, Shortlisted Resumes, Meeting, Membership and Team.
• Admin emails: one address receives a mail when a user registers, deletes an account or posts a job, set under Jws Settings > Theme Options > Email Content.
• Dashboard sidebar control: enable or disable each dashboard menu item under Jws Settings > Theme Options > Sidebar Menu.
• RTL and translation ready: right-to-left stylesheet included, strings in the growcareer and jws_dashboard text domains.

Included and not included

Included: GrowCareer theme and child theme, GrowCareer Core plugin, Jws Recruit Dashboard plugin, one-click demo import, documentation. The setup screen installs the free plugins from WordPress.org: Elementor, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Nextend Social Login and Paid Memberships Pro.

Not included: demo images and company logos, Google Maps API key, payment gateway fees, Zoom account, the ATS or automation tool on the receiving end of the webhook, custom work, SEO.

We handle bug fixes and usage questions through the support desk at jwsthemes.ticksy.com, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (GMT+7), and we answer every ticket within 24 hours on working days. Send a screenshot and a short description of the issue. Customization and SEO are out of scope. For pre-purchase questions, use the contact form on our profile. We do not answer support requests in the comments.

Free installation: if the theme does not install after you follow the documentation, open a ticket with the full error text and a WordPress administrator login, and we install it for you.
