This is not a WordPress theme. It is an Elementor Template Kit. You can install it using the Envato Template Kit Import plugin or by importing the templates directly into Elementor.

How to Import MetForm Custom Form

1. While editing a page where a form should appear, open the Elementor navigator to locate the MetForm widget.
2. Click Edit Form in the builder panel.
3. Select New, leave Blank selected, then click the Edit Form button.
4. Click the gray folder icon to add a template.
5. Click the My Templates tab.
6. Choose your imported MetForm template, then click Insert.
7. Once the template is loaded, click Update.

SSetup Global Header and Footer in ElementsKit:

If you have Elementor Pro, set up headers and footers in Theme Builder. Pages you create with Elementor must have the Page Layout set to Elementor Full width for the global header and footer to appear.

1. Import the header and footer template
2. Go to ElementsKit > Header Footer select Header and click Add New
3. Give it a title, leave Entire Site selected and toggle Activation to On
4. Click the template title and Edit Content
5. Click the gray folder icon and select the header template to import and Update
6. Repeat for Footer
